Filters & Accessories

Filter and accessories ship to all 50 US states. Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or APO addresses. The shipping cost varies by product category and is displayed at checkout.

Order Fulfillment
In-stock items typically ship within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders cannot be canceled once they enter fulfillment.

Subscriptions
Subscription renewal orders ship according to the selected frequency. Processing begins 48 hours before the next order date, and no modifications can be made during this period.

Room Air Products

Room air products ship to the 48 continental US states only. Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or APO addresses. The shipping cost varies by product category and appears at checkout.

Small Appliances
Small appliances—including but not limited to pizza ovens, air fryers, ice makers and espresso machines—ship within the Continental US. PO boxes and APO addresses are not eligible. The shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Delivery Service Options

Small appliances and accessories are shipped via carrier (see below). Accessories shipments under a pound are shipped USPS. Major appliances are delivered and installed via white-glove service in your room of choice. Available delivery methods are offered at checkout and vary by product and destination.

For major appliances, delivery timing depends on service selections, delivery calendar availability, and the designated fulfillment partner.

PRODUCT AND RETURNS DETAILS & SUPPORT

We recognize that you may need to reassess your purchase. Our return policy is designed for clarity and ease, with guidelines tailored to each product category. If you purchased your item through a retailer, please contact them directly about their returns process.

Major Appliances
You and the delivery partner should inspect the product for any damage on its arrival. Unused and uninstalled products are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery. Service and installation fees are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee may apply. After 10 days, please contact us to engage your warranty support for further assistance.

Room Air Conditioners/Dehumidifiers
You may return room air conditioners or dehumidifiers within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original packaging with all accessories. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Vacuums
For vacuums, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when the product is in original packaging with all accessories. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Consumables/Accessories
Consumables, such as filters, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging with all components. A 10% restocking fee may apply.


Cancellation
Order cancellation eligibility depends on product type, time elapsed since purchase, and fulfillment status. Please contact us for assistance.
