For gas appliances, our installation teams will not be able to complete installation if you plan to use propane as your fuel source. You must contact a licensed propane contractor for proper installation.

For dishwashers, the appliance must be adjacent to the sink. Standard dishwashers include a 6-foot power cord, water line, and drain hose. If your setup requires longer connections, you may require the assistance of a plumber.

For refrigerators with an ice maker or a water and ice dispenser, a working shut-off valve connected to a ¼-inch stainless steel water line is required. This valve must be located within six feet of the appliance and must be on the same floor to qualify for installation.

Please note, our installation teams cannot modify existing utilities, cabinets or countertops. Teams are also unable to make connections to gas or water lines that are rusted or corroded.
