Reviews

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good fridge, bad construction The size is good and it is very cold. But in 6 months, the top shelf just fell apart. Looks the there was glue used to secure the glass to the frame and it just let go. The front of the frame just split. Appartently, shelves aren't covered under warrenty. $80+ to replace.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Oh, my! We have owned this refrigerator for 1-1/2 months. Although we like the features, size and look, we are not happy with the clunking sound it makes. The serviceman tells us this is the 'flash point' when the condenser changes the gas to liquid. The manufacturer says this sound is within 'normal' limits, we say it is NOT! Very vexing when the living room, dining room and kitchen are an open concept floor plan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very clean look Purchased this refrigerator style to match the range and dishwasher - it is a perfect fit for me. Was pleasantly surprised to see a light in the freezer!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Refrigerator Bought this about a month ago, to replace a 37 year old Frigidaire refrigerator that was still working. I really wanted to go with something that was energy star qualified, which this is! It is however noisier than my old refrigerator… It makes a popping sound as the defrost cycles off and on, which according to my research is normal. I really like the amount of storage space in the door shelves and the smudge resistant stainless steel finish!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Top Freezer Fridge I replaced a 21 cu ft 20 year old fridge with this slightly smaller Frigidaire. its a basic refrigerator with no bells and whistles, which is just want I wanted. Ive had it for a month so far and it is relatively quiet, except for an odd clanging sound it makes occasionally. I suspect the defrost cycle....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of Money! Hasn’t worked since we got it or after a repair. The product and customer service is a ZERO!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Noisy Bought this a stupid fridge 2 month's ago it sounds like their is a guy trapped inside moaning and tapping sending me Morris code it wakes me up and drives me insane and freezer sounds like a dirt bike at times I think I got a lemon it's sad I must live with this fridge for the next who knows how many years it's not fair that, not happy with frigidaire galley products performance but do like the design, I bought a stove and it was defective from factory as the solenoid valve leaked gas that would fill my kitchen at times, valve had been replaced after a couple different service calls to have it fixed. Unless you are putting this fridge where you can't hear it I highly recommend don't get it just would like frigidaire to do the right thing and replace mine

Rated 1 out of 5 by from nothing like pictures shown on website I bought this a few months ago. It was my first stainless purchase. It is somewhat noisy and makes a popping sound when it turns on. Also, everyone has noticed that the freezer door and refrigerator door do not match. the freezer door has a smooth satin finish and is light in color and the refrigerator door has a brushed texture making it darker in color. How does this happen? It is extremely noticeable. I have to stare at this every day and I hate it. I'm sorry that I purchased this refrigerator but now I'm stuck with it. For something that costs so much you'd think it would be done right.
