FFLG3911QW is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 111.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap and Don't work on setup I have purchased a few hundred of these units for a renovations program. I have many units that don't work after install. It takes over a month to get a repair person out. They take a very long time when they do work to wash and dry.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Forever to Wash A medium load of laundry took over one hour and fifteen minutes. Amount of water used during wash cycle and rinse cycle (set on high water level) not adequate to properly clean clothes. If you have all day to wash clothes have fun. I find it hard to believe the savings in water and electricity is enough to make up for the inconvenience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Terrible dryer I bought thus in July. Washer is ok,but thedryer is terrible. The high heat setting is a joke as it does not generate highheat. The drying cycles are so long that I wonder if the energy savings feature works at all. The handle to open the dryer door is so shallow that it is hard to open. if I could returnthe unit and get a full refund, I woukd and then buy another brand or separate stack units.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LOVE THE TUB CAPACITY While it's GREAT to be able to wash king size bedding, it's difficult to reach all the way down to the bottom of the tub for smaller loads. I'm short husband has to take my laundry out for me so I can put it in the dryer. One negative comment is ..there is NO INDICATION of where you are in the washing cycle light moving dial just have to guess how long the cycle has been running. That's REALLY a big negative ..but the BIG POSITIVE is the tub capacity ..A trade off!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buy the extended warranty--you'll probably need it I like the size of the washer and dryer and it is easy to operate, but after 2-1/2 years the spin cycle to drain the water out of the washer does not work (the agitation cycles work, but the spin cycles don't), so we are stuck with a full tub of water and wet clothes. Repairs could be as much as half of what it could cost us to buy a brand name good new stand-alone washer. They certainly do not make them like they used too. Appliances should not go bad that quickly. I thought the Frigidaire brand was generally reliable, as we have several appliances to include a refrigerator we just bought, so hopefully we have better luck with that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Performance is poor Purchased this appliance to fit limited space in the laundry area. Washer below does not spin the clothes dry enough to finish in the dryer above. Local appliance technician checked out the unit recently. He ran the washer cycle empty & couldn't find a problem. We reviewed the operating manual with him, & the washer still doesn't spin dry clothes properly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall Happy In general, it does what it needs to do and I'm satisfied with the results. However, a couple things of note: One, compared to my previous dryer, it seems to leave behind a bit more lint on clothing. Not a huge deal because a good shake of the clothing takes care of it, but it does leave a bit to be desired. The other main issue I've noticed is that for apparently no reason at all the washer will occasionally stop with the lid locked. No idea why it does that. It is as though the wash was over, but it just forgot to unlock the lid. So I have to push the button for the load to run again and I'm not actually sure if the load was washed and I'm rerunning the load from the beginning, or if it paused and got stuck. I really don't know what the deal is, but it is kind of a pain in the butt from time to time. Lastly, I'll just mention that I was very surprised that this unit didn't include a buzzer or something to indicate that the wash or dry cycle was done. You just have to pay attention to it to know when your cycles are done, but as I don't typically sit in the washroom waiting for it (ever), it'd be nice to get an alert that I can continue with moving the wash to the dryer or folding the clothes from the dryer. I'm a bit nervous that in a year I may be let down by this unit due to the above issues, but for the time it washes and dries my clothes and I'm satisfied.
