Our Frigidaire customers are always our top priority. In light of the evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we are focused on the health and safety of our customers, employees and partners without compromising the quality of our services.
As more states begin to relax “stay at home” orders as well as allow more businesses and services to open, Frigidaire has updated its current Essential Service policy.
Effective May 11, 2020, Frigidaire will begin scheduling service in the following states:
AL, AK, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, DC, GA, ID, IL, IA, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OK, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY
The existing Essential Service policy will remain for all other states and only functional repairs impacting the appliance’s ability to operate and perform normally will be scheduled.
CA, FL, HI, KS, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VT, WA

While there is a lot of uncertainty because of COVID-19, we're grateful that you've entrusted us to help service your appliance. We are closely monitoring this evolving situation and will continue to update you with any changes to our company policies.
We are also requesting any customers who are exhibiting symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or breathing difficulties to please reschedule their appointment. Our technicians will be minimizing direct person-to-person contact. We are doing everything we can to provide a safe and sanitary experience when we visit you.
