A 20-minute light oven cleaning that's chemical-free, odor-free, and fast.
Effortless™ Temperature Probe
Take the guesswork out of cooking with the Effortless™ Temperature Probe that shows you the internal cooking temperature of your food. You can set the desired finished temperature and the oven alerts you when that temperature has been reached (upper oven only).

Erratic HeatingWe have owned this since February. It is our second double convection wall oven, first Frigidaire so we have a basis for comparison. We like the way it uses multiple elements to heat the oven. However, it does not maintain a consistent temperature. When rotating items that are baking, the oven will not reheat unless you restart the oven and reset the temperature. The readout continues to indicate the set temp (350), until it is restarted, will then indicate anywhere from 50-90 degrees less as it reheats (300). Recently when baking, we could not start the lower oven. Only one oven would come on.

Temperatures are never rightI purchased this oven in the summer and noticed that it could not reach the desired temperature without increasing it beyond my desired temperature. For example: if I wanted it to get to 400 degrees, I would have to set it to 450-475. Sometimes when I was baking I would walk by and find that the 2 internal oven thermometers I placed next to the dish, read 50 - 75 degrees lower than the reading on the outside display. New sensors/regulators were installed recently, but this unit still does not reach the desired internal temperature...I am always having to look at the internal thermometers I placed in the oven and adjust the temp. settings. It is a bother. For a new oven, I was expecting more precision.

It does double duty with easeI have had my new Frigidaire model FGET2765PF double oven unit for over a month and I love it. My old double unit only had one convection oven. This one has two. It also has a "warm" setting and a quick preheat setting. I have used both ovens and they both have exceeded my expectations. I like that each oven has it's own light that is independent of the other unit. Last (but certainly not least) is how quiet each oven is when it is running on the convection setting. The fan in my old unit was very loud, but the fans in this unit are pretty quite, and they cool down fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend this double oven unit. Love the features. We have had the oven a month now and really like it. It was easy to install with a couple of my burly friends to help with the lifting. Thafeatures are awesome and everything works great. Quick preheat and convection are super. When we first turned the upper oven on there was a rattling in the upper oven fan motor. We called Frigidaire warranty and they sent someone right away, ordered the new fan and installed it...no more noise! A very positive experience. The stainless oven looks great in the wall and matches our other appliances. I would certainly recommend this oven for replacement or new construction. Flat top from
Very nice oven but has some issuesLooks great, but has some function problems. The temp goes up to where you set it but then falls off about 50++ deg instead of staying where you set it. The oven always runs too cool vs. settings (checked with calibrated thermometer). You set 300 deg and it only goes to say 275. Bad news for accurate cooking.
The depth of the oven should be good but the overly large convection fan housing in the back wall of the oven takes up about 3-4 inches of space; thus something like a large pizza box won't fit and let the door close. Not good.
There is a fan that is supposed to cool the electronics (so it says in the book) that runs all the time when the oven is on and long after it is shut off and it pumps large volumes of heat direct into your kitchen. Very bad on warm days and runs up your cooling bill. This should not blow into the room. My old oven kept all the heat in the oven, not my room.

A disappointing replacementWe had been happily using a Frigidaire convection oven for more than ten years when a fault in the door catch caused the cooking to become erratic. We had to find a replacement, and assumed that our current purchase would serve us as well as its predecessor. However, from the warning not to use foil in the oven to the complexities of using or removing specific shelves for particular cooking jobs we were overwhelmed with Rules and Consequences. The user manual is not helpful, and we still do not understand the current definition and use of "broiling," which seems to be very novel. We are not happy with this device. Not as good as old one!I bought this to replace our 9-year old Frigidaire Professional series double oven, which I ADORED. Unfortunately the keypad failed and they haven't made that part since 2013!!!!! This was the most similar replacement. It is only OK. The glass windows are much darker. The interior lights only illuminate the upper rack. You cannot "prop" the door open a couple of inches (when using broiler, etc) - it has to be at least halfway down! And the fan that runs during and after is MUCH louder than our old one.
Again, it's just okay. I loved our old one and though I am grateful for working ovens I can't say that this even comes close to the last one. Sorry. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Very DisappointedI have had to have 3 service companies out to trouble shoot heating issues with this brand new oven. Not only has the service been completely incompetent (the first two companies arrived without any equipment to track temperature even though the entire reason for their visit was delayed and erratic heating complaint).
The 3rd service person finally said "this is as good as it gets" - it takes at least 20 minutes to pre-heat, even though the oven beeps after about 7 minutes showing the desired temperature has been reached (it really hasn't - about 100 degrees shy) and takes about another 15 minutes to reach the set temperature. He suggested avoiding the "bake" setting in favor of the "convection" setting --- really---can you imagine a brand new oven that you can't "bake" in, but no offer to replace the oven. I've been "baking" in an ovens for over 40 years, but it's recommended that I avoid "baking" in this oven....because it really doesn't bake right.
The oven also needed further temp. calibration.
I guess I'll have to live with it but would never, ever have purchased this oven had I known how deficiently it operates and how incompetent the contracted service people are. Not what you expect from a brand new, nicer oven from a reputable company. Total bummer.
