Rated 2 out of 5 by from 1 I purchased this item a couple months ago and the lights already went on it.i called customer service before I even checked the lights I was going to be charged for them to come out..anyways I went to Lowe’s where I purchase it paid 17 dollers for 2 small light bulbs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well This was part of our new home build. It seems to work well so far and is easy to clean. The light is strong, which is good for seeing to clean the cooktop, although it does get pretty warm after just a few minutes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very nice but a little loud It was part of a package that came with my new house, and so far so good. It does sucks in the smoke or vapors from whatever you're cooking. The lighting on it is amazing. The down side of it, is that it's a little loud when you put it on number 2. When you go to number 3, I really have to turn my tv very loud since my house has an open concept living room and kitchen. Another thing I wasn't a fan of are the very old fashioned push buttons that make that loud sound when you press them down. It there's an "on/off" button that I don't understand. To turn it on, all you have to do is push one of the numbers. To turn it off, you do have to use the off button that says "on/off". So really, the "on/off" button should really be an "off" button. I would recommend it to someone if they don't really mind the loud fan sound. I don't really mind it, but it's kind of annoying sometimes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from POOR QUALITY Purchased thru Amazon and installed professionally yesterday from undamaged, closed box. Under side panels are mismatched and filter screen is damaged. Cannot return via Amazon because 30 day window closed. Surprised at lack of quality control.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Perfect Fit With limited space available and having looked a dozen options I chose the Frigidare Range Hood for it's size and looks. The only problem I encountered was in the mounting stage. The position of the holes for mounting were too close to the cabinet edge and the screws provided were too small to hold the hood in place. Other than that the hood works and looks beautifully.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unhappy customer I bought it 8 mos ago the fan button broke and it was removed from my home right away. It took over a month to get it replaced. I was not allowed to pay extra for an upgrade, only exchange same cheap made hood. Button fell inside of hood. Too loud.
