      HATE IT!
      We built a house and bought all new frigidaire appliances. We hated this wash machine. It didn't wash our clothes! After "washing" the clothes, they come out with color spots and lint all over them, came out stained, and not fresh smelling at all. I would never recommend this washer to anyone. We ended up returning it.

      I have hard a horrible experience with this washer- uneven distribution of water - some items soaking, others dry, lint lines were on many of my parkas, and sometimes the clothes are soaking wet when I remove them,. I followed all the manufacturer's instrucions as per the manual, including the use of the He detergent, which I read three times to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I washed a double-bed comforter which was soakking wet when I got the entire thing out of the machine. I don;' beieve the top loader high effeciency machine is effetive at all. I would not encourage anyone to purchase one.

      DO NOT waste your money!
      This is the worst washing machine I have ever purchased. I have ruined several pieces of clothing trying to figure this machinery out! No two cycles are ever the same no matter what settings you try! It does not cover the clothes with enough water to clean them, thus the detergent stains your clothes. I've even tried the "extra rinse and spin". There is no indicator light for the rinse cycle, so you have no idea when to add the fabric softener. Forget an accessory like the Downy Ball. It won't open until the cycle is finished thus pouring Downy all over the clothes requiring yet another wash! The shortest wash cycle is at least an hour and 15 minutes."HEAVY DUTY" means only 3-4 bath towels. I have 2 small children and laundry is a daily chore. This washer is for a single person who can selectively wash 3 or 4 pieces at a time.
