      My only complaint with my oven is nothing browns. We installed it almost a year ago. The temp is great. I like all of the features, but nothing browns in either the top or bottom oven. Very disappointing.

      PREHEAT NIGHTMARE
      I purchased a double oven and installed it in April. I could not figure out why everything I made was not the way friends and family were used to -- what was I doing wrong. I called the local authorized dealer and he explained the difference between a concealed element and an exposed element. He ordered a new control for the ovens. However, i do not hold out much faith that the problem will be solved. "Never, Never" is the oven temperature pre-heated to what the oven says it is. It takes a minimum of 1 hour to get the oven to an acceptable temp and it doesn't stay there. If this is not resolved, I will seek action to have the ovens replaced.
