      It was incredible to start with then it stopped cooling after an approved service provider found the refrigerator to have lost all Freon and the leak was so small we were informed that it was a fault in manufacturing. After the one year manufacturers warrantee

      great machine
      we bought this fridge 6 months ago...and very happy with the way it works and looks... theres alot of space inside and because its counter depth design it looks very good...not to mention the smudge proof stainless steel!! the only thing is that when we first got it ..the door was a bit hard to open but ...now its ok....

      Purchased this refrigerator/ freezer combo when I built my house in 2005. We love it......has been flawless in performance. The compliments and jealousy from others are constant when family and friends come over. The only issue I had is the large bottom door shelf is starting to crack. I don't recommend putting heavy items on this door shelf like a full gallon of milk. Otherwise this is a awesome product for the money. The ice maker in freezer also works great. Hope they never stop making these just in case sometime down the road I decide to replace them with new.

      Avoid like the plague
      Worst refrigerator in 40 years of homeownership. Failed at 3 years, bad compressor. No longer available for replacement. Built poorly. Could never align doors. Shelves broke. Drawer broke. Not a lemon, service guy says there are lots of bad ones out there. BEWARE !! You have been warned !!

      basic design issue
      I bought refrigerator and freezer model in 2006. Refrigerator started leaking gas last year and since warranty period was over I didn;t get any help from Frigidaire. Local appliance repairman (who has serviced this model through warranty outfits) said that the condensing unit was leaking and there is no way to replace it as it's installed in the side wall and there is no access panel or way to replace it. I think it's a very bad design choice which forces consumer to throw the unit and buy a new one... there is nothing GREEN about this strategy.

      Have both the fridge and the freezer - built them in and they look like the real thing. Fools everyone. The storage capacity is great - holds wide trays. Extremely energy efficient, as well.

      Amazing!
      I bought this refrigerator and freezer together because we shop in bulk and we never had enough space. The amount of space we have now is unbelievable! Purchasing separate pieces actually cost less than a "top of the line" bottom freezer and you get 10 times the space! Everyone who has seen it, loves it. My only regret is that I didn't purchase them years ago! I purchased the trim kit for the built in look, but didn't use it because the fridge itself is so beautiful, I didn't want to enclose it. You will not regret buying either of these products!
