      So far the ice maker doesn't stop soon enough. It overfills and then the ice level bar drags ice off the stack when you open the freezer drawer. It falls to the bottom of the freezer where it piles up until you can't close the freezer all the way. then the fridge light stopped coming on intermittently and door ajar light came on. I have to reset the door ajar alarm five minutes after I close the door. Had both items serviced yesterday. The door ajar problem is fixed - so far. The ice maker was replaced but the service rep said there was nothing wrong with it - works as designed. It hasn't filled with ice yet so I can't tell if it's fixed. If not I may have to improvise something to keep the ice in.

      Lots of Space
      I bought this after researching Consumer Reports to find a quality french door fridge with the most space possible. I required white also, so that narrowed things down. I didn't want a water dispenser because they increase the repair rate and I wouldn't use it anyway. This model met all the criteria. I love the space. The difference between it and my old fridge allows me to store an additional ~24ish bottles of water/soda in the fridge area and probably another 2 quarts of ice cream + a few extra bags of tater tots, etc., in the freezer. Much more comfortable spacing on the door shelves too. Also like the gradual light when I open the doors, it's like heaven! There is a wide fridge drawer that can fit a sheet cake or other wide items, very nice feature! And, there's an alarm that alerts when the doors are open--that's helped me out lots of times already! So far, my only complaint would be the fridge arrived with nicks on 3 corners (was it well-protected in shipment or was it the Lowes installers?) and it hums a lot and fairly loud...to the point that I've been worried something is wrong with it. Then it will kick off and sound like nothing is happening at all and I worry it's kicked the bucket! So far, can't find any FAQs on the website that directly speak to it. I'd recommend this on the extra space alone.
