      Drawer Problem
      Every time when the chill drawer is opened or closed, it makes a loud screeching noise. the repairman suggested spraying food grade silicone on it; it didn't help. I've tried sanding the top of the drawer....still doesn't help. We've put tape on it; still makes a noise.

      Only one problem and that is it does not produce ice fast enough for just the 2 of us. Yes its summer and we use ice in most drinks but we seem to run out by evening. Nice looking and easy to clean shelves. Easy to to get at filter and very quiet running.

      After reading reviews on the Internet and looking at the appliances in person, we purchased the entire Gallery line (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and slide in range) when we remodeled our kitchen in January 2011. At the time, we felt that they were a good value for the money. We have had some problems with three (3) of the four (4) units. The dishwasher seems to function ok. The refrigerator ice maker does not shut off in time and the ice maker and tray become jammed with ice. In addition, the ice/water dispenser makes a very loud noise when used. When pulled out and/or pushed in the slide out plastic drawers, in the refrigerator, make a loud screeching noise.

      Me and my wife purchased the whole set... loved them, until here recently the ice maker doesnt make much ice. It use to make plenty now it barely give us enough to fill a few glasses out of a whole day. Have shut off to restart but still the same.

      Great All Around!!
      My wife and I purchased this model because it does not leave fingerprints on the brushed stainless finish and magnets stick to it as well. The filters also greatly help with the taste of the ice and water. The ice maker is amazing and makes tons of ice quickly. Love the high end look and goes great with either stainless appliances or black appliances. We have had ours for over a year and have not had any problems or issues.

      I love this refrigerator. We purchased the entire Gallery line due to the look, we love the handles, very high end looking. The fridge has lots of very great features. I just wish the ice dispenser would turn off a little sooner, seems like we spill ice cubes alot. Other than that, it's a great unit!
