      I've had the unit for about 8 months now. Overall unit works well. Previous reviewers noted that the door opening mechanism is sticky. When I push on the lever to open the door, I push hard enough that the unit slides to the back from its position. My previous GE didn't do that. I think Frigidaire should splurge for a better latchng release mechanism. Frigidaire does really need to redesign it. This is something you'd expect from a cheaper appliance.

      have similar model from last year. failed in 14 months. magnetron failure and big effort to repair. unit had to be removed from wall ($$$$) and after repiar reinstalled ($$$$). 14 months. can that be considered for a good review?

      This is the best microwave we have ever owned. First it's beautiful - built in to our hickory cabinets. Performance has been outstanding in every setting we have tried, the sensor functions are especially good, eliminating guessing an amount of cook time. The size is large enough to handle large items. Excellent value

      We purchased our frigidaire microwave May 2010. We are very pleased with our purchase. We have always used a microwave for warming food, but are planning to start cooking in this new oven.
