      POOR DURABILITY
      I purchased this microwave in December of 2010. in November of 2011 it went on the fritz. It would not stop unless the door was open. The power must have been on 110%, i had a cup of water boil in less than 30 seconds. Called manufacturer waranty, they could not diagnose over the phone, I had to contact a service place from thier list. The service man stated he was going to have to "rebuild" the whole internal workings. After waiting three weeks for parts, Frigidaire decided it would replace the unit. Mean while I have been without a microwave for almost a month now!

      3-4 months after the warranty expired, the microwave went on the blink. I paid a serviceman $100 to tell me the switch was bad-cost $100- with the possibility that two other switches might have to be replaced. Cost, $100 each. The microwave remains in place--not usable. I'm using an OLD counter-top model. No more Frigidaires for me.
