      Great Freezer for the Money
      I purchased this freezer about 5 months ago. It is loaded with vegetables from the garden and a side of beef. This withstood hurricane Irene, we got a little water and the power was off for 36 hrs. I was worried about the unit and contents, all was fine, after getting the unit up and running again. Customer service gladly provided keys for the freezer (they were missing) and communication was great. I recommend the product and service.

      This is an excellent product. The shelves are easy to find food on a huge difference from my old chest freezer. The alarm system for leaving the door open or an increase in the temperature is an excellent feature. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a new freezer.

      This was a great purchase! After researching many different makes and models, this one came out on top. The shelves are perfect for keeping everything organized and within easy reach. No more digging in the chest-type freezer!

      Great Freezer
      I am very pleased with my Frigidaire freezer. I had a chest type before and really enjoy being able to see the contents at a glance instead of having to dig! This freezer holds a lot--just be sure not to block the vents in the back of the freezer for best performance. I don't think that was mentioned in the owner's manual but others who have the uprights have told me that the freezer will not perform correctly if you block the vents.

      We love the amount of space it has in it plus the way all the shelves have dividers. Also,the alerts you get. Like when you would leave the door open to just being able to look at & telling how cold it is without opening the door.

      Finally an Appliance Miracle!
      We've had this magnificent upright freezer for the last 4+ weeks and what a god send. There is so much room and so easy to organize. Love the pull out baskets which amazingly hold a lot of food. I have teenage boys who normally don't move things around to find certain items, but with this freezer being so spacious and organized, my boys have no problem finding the items they want and lots of it. I've bragged to my family and friends about my freezer so much so that when they come over the first thing they want to see is the freezer. I feel like 'Vanna White'. I don't mind as it is such a fantastic product that people need to see it for themselves to believe how perfect it is. We all love the digital temp. control and the fact there is an alarm that goes off especially when the door is left open by teenage boys. Love the frost free concept. No more cleaning, thank heaven. My food seems to last longer especially the bread. No more ice crystals and items don't shrivel up anymore. I should have done this a long time ago. As they say, never too late.

      We love the space the freezer has, the only thing I found is that the magnet around the door is very strong, I have to put my foot at the bottem of the freezer to stop it from pulling away from the wall when I try to open the freezer door. Now that we have the freezer space we like to update our fridge that has ice maker and water cooler and no freezer area.

      We bought this Freezer online and received it by delivery shortly after. After removing the packing material it we set it in place, and began loading food. Immediately we were enjoying it a lot. The shelves were super and the lighting was awesome. We have been enjoying the flawless performance ever since. Oh did I mention it is FROST FREE. After 8 months of heave use it still looks like the day we loaded it. WE LOVE IT!!!

      Purchase this frost free freezer to replace one 20 years old. This is the best one out of all that we looked at. It has lowered our electric bill greatly and I also like the way the shelving units and bins are arranged in the the freezer along with the special compartment for a soft freeze for my breads and rolls. It has alot of space and easy to get to items because of the the slide out compartments. I am not having to move a bunch of items to get to the one I want. Everything is in its own spot, I can put each type of meat in different bins and stack frozen containers or boxes so I can see what they are. I would greatly recommend this product to any one in need of extra freezer space and also the lower energy cost on the electric bill.

      We chose this model specifically because it had the most number of baskets rather than shelves. This is very useful for the 1/4 and 1/2 beef, chickens and other assorted local meats we purchase that are not "boxed". The tilt out basket in the door is holding the bags of hamburger very nicely. I also like the baskets for the frozen bags of vegetables and rhubarb. The lighting is great. So much better than my old chest freezer!

      It is excellent and I am very please with it. The only flaw is that it displays the temperature setting rather than the temperature. It could have easily been set up to allow the display to chance to setting when you touch it

      Great freezer
      We bought this freezer about 2 months ago after losing our old one due to a power surge in the home. This one cooled down really fast, all the storage compartments are nice because you can adjust them to your preferences for the most part. A few of them are fixed but the door compartments are all adjustable and make it easy to store large and small items. I love having the controls on the outside of the door, so I can see at any time what the freezer's temperature is and whether there is a problem. A few times the alarm did sound to let us know the door was left open - a great feature to have to ensure that it doesn't run continuously when open and therefore ruining the coils inside. Negatives - alarm sound could be somewhat louder. It can only be heard from the room freezer is in. Top rack pizza shelf could be made of stronger material, it bends fairly easily so you can't store anything heavy on it at all - a harder plastic would be ideal. It's a bit louder than our old freezer was and makes a weird clicking noise whenever it starts to cool down. We found out this was normal because of the coils contracting but it was annoying for the first while. It would be nice for the manual to indicate what normal temperature should be. The settings are digital instead of by a knob which is great, but it doesn't indicate what a normal setting is and that took us quite a few days to figure out. Overall, the freezer is great, it holds more than it appears to and it freezes very well. No problems with it whatsoever and we'd highly recommend it to other consumers.

      I should have had this years ago after dealing with a manual defrost freezer with ice buildup causing products to slide off the shelves. The best feature is seeing the temperature of the freezer at a glance from another room. So many great features-pizza shelf, alarm,control settings. Certainly a bargain for the money.

      I've had this freezer for awhile now - absolutely no problems whatsoever. The interior is bright - easy to find things. Easy to clean, too. I appreciated the door open alarm, on the occasion of my son leaving the door ajar! If you need a large freezer that you can depend on, this would be a good choice.
