      The presentation and functionality of this freezer is outstanding. I have the trim kits and love the capacity y of the freezer/frig combinations with an ice maker Everyone who comes into my newly built home LOVES MY frig/freezer. They always comment on them even before appreciating the rest of my home!

      Looks Great but Dissapointing
      I purchased both units, the freezer and matching refrigerator for my new kitchen in my new home. The units look great since I bought the kit to have them side by side like the sub-zeros. But I have had trouble with both units. The icemaker on the freezer unit only produces 4 or five pieces of ice per day, not reliable. The refrigerator unit door seal became loose and practically fell off within 3 months of purchase. The door handle also became loose from the top. I wish the units worked as good as good as they look. I would not recomend anyone buying these particular models.

      I bought the 17 cu ft version of the all fridge/freezer Professional Series and am still in awe of their performance. The ice maker is a fantastic add-on, go for it. With the trim kit it looks fantastic. The seal on the freezer is unbelievable, it actually vacuums itself shut. Both the refrigerator and freezer are quiet and the lighted interiors are so convenient. We entertain quite a bit and the convenience of having 17 cu ft of freezer capability is awesome, never mind the new 19 cu ft capacity. The five professional series kitchen appliances I purchased a year ago are part of the family, not to mention the front load washer and dryer we bought that have rounded out our home appliances. Way to go!
