AWFUL

I bought this dishwasher Oct.2011. 1st issue happend in February where the soap dispenser wont release. Called had a tech come about a month later (march) due to no shows, no part and soooo onnn. They finally replaced it and it worked for about a month (April)and had to go thru the process again with the repairman. So it was fixed again. Imagine this IT BROKE AGAIN and the repairman was here 3 days ago (Late May)and it is already broke (June). I called the warranty company who is wonderful and they are trying to have the company replace this lemon. I hope it is only this dishwasher and not all.

Cooking more lately

I am very unhappy with this dishwasher. I would like to trade it in for another model! The bottom rack has small wheels, and unless you push it in and pull it out very carefully, it comes off the track. I have to be very careful about loading the dishwasher, because the soap dispenser door will easily get blocked by a plate or serving bowl. Sometimes all of the soap does not get dispensed. My salesperson said to use about a tablespoon of powdered dishwashing detergent, and this is what I a doing, but some of the things sometimes have a film on them. My plates are 10 1/4 inches around, but the upper washing arm will lightly touch them unless I remember to slant them to one side. There is nowhere to put my bowls, which are roundish, and I am still trying to figure out where to put them so they always get clean. I have water left on the dishes whether I use the air dry or the heated dry cycle. I have had the dishwasher for about two months, so maybe I will eventually master it, but it shouldn't be this difficult!!
