      Astounding!!!
      This air conditioner cools our first floor quickly! Juts to let ya' know, the controls are not so small that you need a flashlight. They are easy to see. The remote is also easy to use.Also, the machine is quiet!!!

      a very large unit
      This unit requires two support brackets which have to be purchased separately--each runs about $40. It is an extremely heavy unit. The controls on the front of the unit-->some of the writing is tiny and until we got used to them had to use a flashlight to change settings. We are finding that the unit cools a huge area of our house and we feel this air conditioner will pay us back for quite some time. It is rated toward the economical side of the energy efficiency rating scale.
