No, your dehumidifier will not overflow. All of our dehumidifiers are engineered with an automatic shut-off feature – when the bucket gets full, your unit will turn off on its own.
Yes. Frigidaire dehumidifiers have a hose attachment in the back that lets you connect the unit to a hose. This will bypass the bucket and the overflow protection valve, allowing your dehumidifier to run continuously without you ever having to empty the bucket. Note: If you choose to connect a hose to your dehumidifier, it’s important to follow the hook-up and drain requirements described in the Use & Care Manual.
