A great oven, but having a real bad problem with trying to remove a smell in it. Hard to find any support or serviceman that can figure it out.

    Conked out on Christmas Eve

    By: caroline on 2/20/2014

We bought the range in Feb, 2012 and moved in to the house in May. We don't cook a lot so it wasn't that it got a lot of use. On Christmas Eve with a houseful of guests, the oven wouldn't work. We are now waiting for the 3rd service call to hopefully fix the problem. Not a great situation.

    Excellent Stove

    By: Jagwah on 12/26/2013

We remodeled our kitchen and when it came to a new stove we looked at many brands. Our Frigidaire 30" slide in unit looks marvelous in our kitchen we like the great layout on burners. The ovens convection flow is terrific. When we looked at units one of the negatives said was the cooling blower made to much noise after a meal was cooked. We found this not to be true. The fan makes a small and expected noise for what it is intended for, to cool down the oven. We just finished our Christmas Holiday cooking for a brood and the oven worked marvelous. We can't say enough about it, oh and the warming drawer is a very nice and convenient thing to have.

Changing the nozzles from natural gas to propane was a nightmare! I had to take the two or three small screws around each burner to get at the nozzle to replace it. No where does it say a 5mm nut driver is the tool to use and it required a lot of head ache to find that out. Also, the screws used to adjust the range burners cannot be callibrated low enough to get the flame down to a reasonable level. I had to manually adjust the flow of porpane at the source to get the burners down to a reasonable level from napalm. Other wise we are happy with the stove.

Fridgidaire Premier Gallery 30" Slide-In Gas Range

    By: LHK on 10/2/2013

I purchased my new Frigidaire Premier Gallery Gas Range in April 2013 and am thrilled with it. It is a beautiful addition to my new kitchen. It cooks food much faster and more efficiently than my previous range and with the convection option, is great for baking. I appreciate the ease of cleaning the area around the grates and burners. Overall, I am most pleased with my experience to date!

    Not a happy consumer!

    By: rmc on 8/20/2013

We purchased all new appliances when we remodeled our kitchen last year. I can honestly say I couldn't be more disappointed with the stove, microwave and dishwasher. Fridge is o.k. First of all the stove throws out so much heat when the oven is on it's almost unbearable. A fan runs continuously venting the oven from the top of the cooktop and also through the vents above the oven door. THey continue to run blowing out this hot air for some time even after you turn off the oven. The microwave sounds like an airplane motor and I can't stand to have it on if we're eating in the dining area. That means any cooking odors ususally stay in the kitchen for quite a while after we're done eating. The dishwasher racks don't slide in and out easily if they are loaded with dishes. Not a great feature. Also- you don't know if you still have a burner on when you're cooking. Would be nice if there was some kind of light that went on when the burners are on and remained that way until they are turned off - my electric stove had this feature - it was great, but it wasn't a Fridgidaire. You should consider this design change - good for safetly reasons if nothing else.

    Kitchen Remodel

    By: JB on 7/15/2013

We live in a 1906 home that is now completely remodeled. When finishing the kitchen we decided to stay with applicances that matched our refrigerator, Frigidaire. We couldn't be any happier with the stove and the dishwasher They're solid and reliable. Love cooking in a gas range and the stove is very accurate (keeping the temp within 2-3 degrees at all times. I can highly recommend the Gallery and Professional line of Frigidaire applicances. We certainly didn't have to match our appliances in the kitchen, but very glad we chose Frigidaire.
